30min UPPER BODY Resistance Session.
In this session Jaydon uses unilateral (single arm) exercises to maximise time and pack more into the session. In addition this allows for more focus to be applied to each muscle group while minimising rest periods.
The unilateral work combined in 2 x Tri-Sets makes for a cracking routine that will leave you feeling the effects for days to come!
