Join Jaydon for a guided weight session with limited equipment.
Learn the SHOCKING lesson of fatiguing the minor ‘assisting’ muscles prior to completing more complex compound lifts! This session makes light weight feel HEAVY!
If you have access to a large selection of weight this session will BLOW up your normal routine and shock the system into forward momentum!
Equipment Needed - 1 x Barbell or 1 x DB set. Jaydon uses a 12kg bar in the session.
