Is 18min of concentrated work enough?
Every training sessions has some key components, Warm Up, Cool Down, Time Rest and Timed Work.
With out the essentials that we don’t include as work, this session has 18min of work work! Try this session as an experiment!
We KNOW that 18min is a great amount of training time however we want you to try it for yourself.
